Step 1 sand down all the imperfections
With 60 grit, 80 grit, 120 grit belts.
Step 2 use debarring wheel to get all scratches out from belts
Step 3 polishes with white polish and cotton buff wheel
Step 4 final polishes with soft cotton buff and blue polish
Step 5 clean with soft cloth and you are done

  • What about a ss bumper with a lil road rash(sand and rock hits)

  • Wow. Did they really need solid characters? Cause that's a lot of stainless compared to hollow forms. Hope you didn't pay for transport to Angola by weight. :)

  • Beautiful work, mate. Although I must say "white" and "blue" abrasives don't mean much to us yanks. I've been fancying making a bangle for a dear friend, so I do thank you for the overview of what is to come after I part it from the lathe. Cheers.
