Okay one night i was throwing ultra ball after ultra ball at this thing and my golbat was about to faint so i sais screw it and therew one premier ball and caught it in one try :]

Yeah I tried using the mean look too but Mesprit ran away even BEFORE my pokemon moves. Now I don't know what to do. It's hard just to encounter this pokemon and, like, almost impossible for me to capture it

Hi, my friend uses Gallade to catch roamings like you, but he found out Ralts and Kirila learn Hypnosis at high levels. Sleeping is more effective than paralyzing. Just to let you know.

Yep that's true, but paralyzing lasts for the whole battle rather than having to put them asleep every 3 or 4 turns.

Gallade can't learn mean look. I just checked a move guide on GameFAQs, and plus, this is a ROM. Everybody hacks on ROMs. I assume Kizco hacked to make his Gallade learn mean look.
