O HAI. Just a stupid little monologue about my life as an INTP (Myers-Briggs) female, which is supposedly an extremely rare phenomena. I hear that 1% of the entire population is an INTP and even less than that are women. So, as you can imagine, I don't connect with a whole lot of human beings. That being said, I would dearly enjoy connecting with YOUUU if you happen to come across this disaster of a video and are kind enough to reply. Please send me some blogs about yourself and let me know what you think of my analysis of a typical INTP. :)

EDIT (11/16/2011): Sorry for the false info, everyone. Turns out I am an INTJ with ADHD. Hopefully INTPs can still relate!

  • intj females are even more mythical..

  • @nazirahidris I am an INTJ female. Read the description. But yes, we are mythical. Like unicorns. Our blood doesn't make you immortal though, so don't get any crazy ideas.

  • @shadoessa continued..

because i just dont get the satisfaction from talking about who dating who (unless analyzing why certain pple are drawn to each other haha) anyway, sorry for the ramble (this was supposed to be a small little paragraph and here i am rambling. loved this tho. later

  • @hotshot1237 It's good to know that my video has helped someone. It's also good to know that there are other people in the world who get bored with "trivialities" as I sometimes call them haha. Though I'd like to point out that there's actually no difference in the numbers of introverted men and women, I'm glad that my video has helped some people realize that there are rare personalities among both men and women, and those rare personalities need to be realized! Loneliness is good for no one :)

  • I'm an INTJ guy, I'm not too sure of the differences between the J and the P (although I am starting to get in my researching mode), but even though your a woman you seem to act a lot like me. I don't know you so you can't very well judge the validity of my statement, but hey...who knows, maybe I'm an INTP!

  • @KINGJADEX Lol I actually made an edit in my post saying that my MBTI is actually INTJ; I wrongly typed myself as a P because I have ADD, something I was unaware of at the time I made this video. So it actually makes a whole lot of sense! Glad to be on the INTJ team! :D

  • Don't worry, I'll sit with you on the playground, and we can ask each other questions about the meaning of life and how inefficient society is, and discuss cool ideas and thoughts.

  • Boring.. talk about abstractions and philosophy plzzzz

  • I'm an INTJ women, which is not much different than the INTP. I deal with the same thing when it comes to friendships and relationships and people thinking I'm distance. It's nice to see your video and know I'm not alone... and yes, it is really hurtful to feel "different" especially when INTJ and INTP women are so uncommon.

  • marry me !

  • Daang mah. INTP or not. you're BEAUTIFUL!! ^.^ Dominican ENFP. Hit me up. don't be shy ;)

Could need me a smart chick

  • @Shadoessa about 4% are INTPs

  • By the way, I relate to approximately 98% of what was said in the video, except the wondering about the concept of temperature bit. I never thought of that concept, it's quite interesting you do.

  • I originally thought I was INTP when I just started off with the MBTI. I didn't identify with judging, because I thought it was too rigid. But turns out my Jungian typology estimate was INTJ every time I took the Big 5 Comprehensive test. I officially tested and I got INTJ.

  • I'm INTP. I like having this personality type because I think it allows you to look at the world from a unique perspective that gives you and advantage. However social interactions for me are kind of unnatural. What helped me is studying and practicing using aproritate body language and facial gestures in particular situations. I tend to approach people as if I'm a politician or actor. This may seem disingenuous but for people who seem to lack emotions that we really do process it's practical
