  • that was really nice, surprisingly nice, especially since its shot on, what seems like DV. I would have felt like it would have been more like s&tw if he want to go look at a specific thing like a tree where the character once left a mark or an old rusty trailer sitting in the middle of the field.

    good stuff man

  • dude thats a kid, leave it alone

  • dude relax....don't be a condescending prick. someone worked hard on this. what do you have?

  • What are people trying to prove in their criticisms?

Seriously, don't be a bitch, and just take things for what they are.

It gets so old, and it's all over youtube.

  • I can't stand when people like Mr. rustyjames87 say shit like "a great homage" about something that clearly is a piece of crap. Stick to complimenting the movie, not some guy making a shitty "homage" to the original. The only shot I enjoyed was the closeup in the field. I would have liked the sunset were it not for that kid standing like an idiot ruining a great shot. Couldn't you get a better actor, capable of more than blankly staring, or at least able to jog like a normal human being?

  • hey man, that's my brother, haha. you could say I was feeling Gus Van Santesque a la Psycho. plus, it's an homage. don't be sucha cynic my man.

  • Let's be fair... I can think of a million activities that are more a waste of time than having fun with a video camera by acting out your favorite movies.

Go make something! Have fun with it!

  • Okay, someone needs to post the entire song on here... Also, this isn't bad. I still don't like when fans try to fuck around with classic shots from film. Especially one of Baumbach's films. Shame!

  • Nicely done. :)

  • i'm sorry i don;t understand why this is up here.

why would you simply copy the ending scene for a movie nearly shot for shot except use a less enthusiastic kid and then call it your own "short"?
