i've said it already, but i just can't help myself from saying it again...man, the number in this game (mlb08) is just unhealthy...it's almost to the point where it's ridiculous...i mean i saw that several times you guessed the pitch location correctly, but it's honestly impossible to just elevate the ball...man, that's gotta be one of most frustrating thing ever, even though you're still getting your hits...have you tried adjusting your sliders so that you can induce a few more dingers?

You can try to get the ball in the air by pressing the right sick up and/or using the power swing button. But it's a risk-reward type thing, sometimes you get the big fly using the power swing buttion, sometimes you ground into the double play.
You have to remember the 2008 Blue Jays were not a HR-hitting team so I think the power numbers are pretty realistic. Frank Thomas is having a big power year. I'm just not going to hit many homers with people like Scott Rolen.
