Before The Storm [Episode 8 Part two] *Nick i didn't mean*

I walked out with a grin on my face and waved to the crowd. Ellena nd MIley got up, i gave Ellen a hig, and Miley a kind of awkward one.
Miley: Nick, this is a surprise what are you doing here?
Me: Miley, we really need to talk, you won't answer your phone, so this is the only way to talk to you.
Miley: Nick, i don't think this is the time.
Me: Miley, i'm sorry to corner you like this, but its the only time.
Miley: Nick no! We aren't going to discuss this on live television!
Me: Then you have to promise me that we will talk. That we will get together and talk about this.
Miley: I can't do that Nick, because there is nothing to talk about. I know what i saw, and now its over. You're gonna have to live with that.
Me: No, Miley you don't know what you saw! Selena wanted to lie down, but there were no pillows. I was being nice, i was being a friend.
Miley: To her?!?!?! What about me Nick? I've been going through some rough stuff and you haven't been there for me!
Me: Miley, that not true. I was there.
Miley: No you weren't! The only person i could go to was Cody!
That was when i lost my temper, i hate that Cody kid.
Me: Then why don't you just date him?
I meant the question rhetorically.
Miley: WELL MAYBE I WILL!
I gasped, as did Ellen, and the whole crowd.
Me: Fine.
I walked off.
Miley: Nick . . . wait
Ellen: We'll be right back
Miley ran after me.
Miley: Nick wait! Nick!
I just kept on walking. But she was running, an di didn't realized it, she caught up to me, and spun me around.
Miley: Wait . . . Nick I-I didn't mean . . .
Me: I know what you meant Miley. Whatever.
I walked away. Breaking into a jog and then a run, she ran after me but was slower. She got to the door as i was getting into the car. I turned around and looked at her. She hand her hands pressed to the glass, her face crushed. She started mouthing something
Miley: Nick, i'm sorry, i didn't me-
I turned back and got into the car.
