I know some people (not only of Russian though, who behaves like this, whether or not it is grammatically correct.. haha. We used to say about such people they have seven Fridays in a week.... Keep on, man. I like your' lessons. Thank you.
Greetings from Russia. Sincerely.

OW, man... You're the only Grammar-grinder who have made me laugh over here. Keep on. There's just a think I've noticed, and I'd like you knew about it. The think that is good for a Russian'd make an Englishman dying, I suppose. As You'd said If someone likes apples on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and doesn't like them on the other days of a week is weird. awkward and pathetic. And (are you sitting? It'd better you do.. hahaha)

When I made these videos I focused on the most commonly used way of speaking while using countable nouns which is by pluralizing them. Your apple a day example is another; however, less common way of speaking generally. There are actually three ways of generalizing countable nouns. I will list them below from most common to least common.
1. Lions are large animals.
2.A lion is a large animal.
3.The lion is a large animal.
Most students have significant problems with #1

...so I decided to focus on that. The other less common things can wait for later. If a person were to use #2 and #3 all the time as opposed to #1, he/she would sound stilted and perhaps might even make native speakers laugh because of this. You are right though. I appreciate your interest in my videos.

I've checked my videos on several computers and they seem fine. Perhaps you are having problems with your computer.
Cheers...
