8th September, 2011 - The Weinberg Foundation, an organisation promoting clean, safe energy from Thorium launches at the House of Lords in London. Co-founder, John Durham introduces guest speaker, Kirk Sorensen of Flibe Energy, who shares with guests his interest in the work of pioneering physicist Alvin Weinberg, and the innovative technologies in energy pioneered at Oak Ridge Laboratories, in Tennessee during the 50's and 60's.
Would it be possible for WeinbergFoundation to allow Creative Commons re-use of this footage (change the license settings)? And maybe all uploaded clips?
I'm hoping to soon illustrate to thorium advocates how to leverage the growing YouTube library of CC licensed thorium content into messages for target audiences. This is a perfect example of the stuff we need made available.
(Great brief speech from Kirk. That's not mic audio is it, sounds echoey. Nice video quality.)

Another perfect example of the dangers of central planning and special interest. This technology should have been developed years ago.
