    Mine is mostly the hamstrings and quads. my hips are pretty good.

  • This is what i need to do.... noone ever showed me that with splits bit this made a lot of sense. My trouble is always the hips, never my hamstrings.

  • Don't true to do this unless you can do a split an if your 12 cause it hurts
