Terroristic Stalking by an Air Life Helicopter over me in my backyard and over my home TWICE ON THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. This is a recording of the second one.

I don't know how many pilots from Air Life have been involved in terroristically stalking me since September 27, 2001 less than three weeks from the horrifying terrorists attacks using aircraft on September 11, 2001 but I did get the identification of one Air Life Helicopter pilot involved in the terroristic stalking using aircraft when I called in an incident to FAA. The pilot's name is James Zartman and he is the lead pilot for Air Life based in San Antonio, Texas. As lead pilot how many individuals did he involve in the terroristic stalking for what will soon be six years? It is horrifying what some individuals do when they believe they will not be held accountable for their actions. Will he be held accountable? How many victims were there before me? How many victims will there be after me if he and those joining him are not held accountable for the laws they broke for their personal pleasure of terrorizing a selected target.

The stalking by an Air Life Helicopter for what will soon be 6 years has been terrifying and as obsessive as pedophiles and sexual predators stalking vulnerable victims.

After 9-11, there was a television commercial paid for by the government. Terrorism was defined as threats, harassment, assault, and intimidation. The goal of terrorism was defined as to defeat your way of life. The commercial advised viewers to defeat terrorism.

The rarer the target victim, the more likely that victim will be tortured. Doctor victims are prize targets because they are rarely accessible to harm.
