@CatboxDesign That's also only for windows. There needs to be a better tutorial in photoshop for both OS platforms.

@CatboxDesign i already have that but i can`t find out how to create the bumpmaps. on other tutorials they use a 3D option wich i`m missing. where can i find that plugin? or how to use nvidia dds plugin? i can only edit some dds files but can`t create bump map

that's it? I need to figure out how to use the actual bump map filter because I used gimp for a long time and switched to photoshop and there is no bump map filter like in gimp. I tried duplicating blue channel and using "lighting effects" but it didn't work.
