Foreign airline carriers keep raising the bar in their Business and First Class Lounges. Higher comfort levels, incredible food selections, and cutting edge decor. Do your best to stick to one airline, achieve a frequent flyer level, and enjoy the perks of using one of these lounges on ANY FARE ticket!

This particular trip to Indonesia involved the following flights: Chicago to Tokyo, Tokyo to Singapore, Singapore to Jakarta, Jakarta to Semarang with one last hop over to Pangkalan Bun, Kalimantan, Indonesia. A beyond grueling journey that could have been worse without a respite in Singapore's excellent Business Class Lounge.

Nice video and I enjoyed watching it!

  • @popeye1250 What can a person do but try to get comfortable and watch movies. My method of coping. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment.

  • no one regrets travelling with SIA :D

  • Newark to Singapore, that's a real killer.

  • Waste of time video love...stick to bingo

  • Hurry up you waffle monster!

  • @DT1521 Thanks for your all too true comments. We recently flew Continental Airlines economy from Hong Kong to Newark (boo-hoo, no upgrade). Spent time in the Star Alliance lounge before that also has a shower, good food, lots and lots of reading literature. Unfortunately, that was before the flight when we were still fresh! Still, a pretty good lounge. Small, with many food choices including ice cream. Appreciate your time to watch the video and comment. Best regards, TravelsWithSheila

  • @travelswithsheila You did a nice job on this video and I agree entirely. After a grueling flight to Singapore via JFK and MUC I thought I was going to die.

While I didn't use the spa, a shower and breakfast in their Business Class lounge area made me a new person and took (a few) years off my ragged face.

The Business Class lounges in Singapore are undoubtably the best in the world and your analysis is spot on.

  • @DT1521 When I saw the prices at the spa, it added years to my face. Well over $100 U.S. for anything. Thanks for watching and commenting. TWS

  • You can drink the water..stupid comment from an American. I traveled all over the world and never have any issue with water and it came from tab water. 20 or 30 years ago maybe but we are on the new century. get with it. and business class?? come on. go for the first.

  • Lol! thats extreme!
