Copenhagen bike city

In America which is a car-culture nation, bicycles are not cool. Based on my personal experience the more I commute on bike, the more people think I'm poor and trashy. I need to move.

no more paying bills for car insurance, petrol, car parking, registration fees, maintanence fees, etc etc....just for the sake of convenience and not moving our bums... bicycle is truly the way to go for better life style for everyone

@laughingtiger123 standard of living is better, not lower. they tax and spend. The USA is a war mongering, car obsessed, stuff obsessed, healthcare and education mess of a country. I am just calling our faults, and they are very significant. I like most W. European cities and the politics a great deal more than our own. I cannot wait to go back.

@laughingtiger123 I will take the higher taxes, thank you. At least these folks can sleep at night knowing if they lost there job (which is not a big issue, they have a much lower unemployment rate than USA) they would still have healthcare, not lose a home due to medical bills and insurance company issues. Education is affordable, not the mess we have in the USA. There is less gap socio economically/better minimum wage as well. They have the best transit on Earth just about. Sign me up!

If I can drink a beer while cycling i would def donate my car..unfortunately I live in ny and that will never happen..too many fat asses are in power
