wish i had something like this yet im stuck with a 2002 ford ranger 3.0 with no bumber or tail gate doors beond dented and scratches everywhere

Its what vortech calls the air cooling system. Its like and intercooler like on the paxton or procharger. I'm not sure why exactly its called an after cooler.
