  • Excellent diction for an America. She reminded me of late Jon Higgins, who had rendered the same song in his CD. Two out of three times in the song she pronounced the thamizh word "thazhaikkum" very correctly, unlike many native tamizh speakers who mispronounce the word as "thlaikkum" !!

  • @chutham He said devagandhari at the end of his intro.

  • lovely to hear such perfect diction and such good rendering from an american. hats off!

  • It seems to be in tamil language .

  • greaqt performance. what a voice and excellent rendering.. hats off!!!!!

  • Devagandhari

  • Rendered beautifully!

  • Such soulful rendition of the song by the singer, accompanists, and beautifully danced....

Vachika....to be able to sing & speak, especially in another language is so difficult, yet this lady accomplished gloriously and has transcended all cultural barriers. May she flourish and offer to the world all her gifts!
