Jackson Street Blues - Grade 5 Exam Piece ABRSM

this is me playing jackson street blues one of the grade 5 pieces im playing for my exam in a few weeks. sorry about the bad quality of the video, all i had was my old cellphone. as i was playing this back to myself, i heard lots of random half second pauses weaved in throughout the whole of the piece and im getting really annoyed with them! could anyone please help me and tell me what im doing wrong? feel free to give me a suggestion or two about my technique or how i carry out this piece (constructive critisizm please) i have an exam in a few weeks, and dont want to screw it up!

Tooooooooo slow, damp and sustain, when learning blues with classical, your teacher should be above reproach, fraid they wern't on this occasion..... keep it up tho, 122 to 131 is 82-84 bpm, the original is 86 bpm, progress, and the rest, they say, will come to those that deserve it..........

ah, ty for that. in my test i got a mark of 25 for that. im not too proud it, tho. but i got an overall mark of 127 which passes me with a merit, which i am okay with, i would still rather have a distinction. thanks for your comment! =)
