@Shepson1 I'd be in favor of that. It'll never happen because most people couldn't pass any test and the economy would grind to a halt.

@d34dspace In the video clip visibility was definitely low. Driving slower is the only appropriate response.

We'd all be safer if people would just chill the F out on the road. If you drove at 65 mph and left following space, you might get home 30 seconds later. Oh no, you missed part of the opening credits of Dancing with the Stars.
Funny thing is if everyone drove the limit and left space, no one would get home later, because it's all the tailgating and unnecessary braking that causes traffic jams in the first place.

idk about there. but in Michigan, I'm pretty sure it isnt a law that you HAVE to slow down when it's raining. People drive like theyve never seen rain in their lives which is stupid. Theres absolutely no reason to drive 50 in a 70mph zone just because it's raining.

Hey, why don't you do a clip about people who drive slow in the passing lane? I love to see that.

You should see how people drive during rain in Arizona, I mean we only get like a week's worth of rain a year so when it happens people just freak out on the road.

If the other driver drives too slow and you are driving too fast switch lanes and pass the slow driver.

@BayAreaBiker2001 Also rain tailgaters.

When I lived out in east county near concord, everyone used to drive fast but at the flow of traffic. Once you get to Oakland, you got one person driving 80 and some person driving 45 and every mile in between. It's like people in the big city don't know how to sync their driving. Now East Concord area is like Oakland because all the people who moved east. I usually drive in the slow land and if the person in front of me speeds up so do I (unless he's speeding to fast) if he slows I slow.

I am a very strong supporter of the idea that every driver should take a written and practical test with a DOT certified driving examiner every 3 years. It should be required. I once voiced this opinion to a friend, and they said, "Oh I couldn't pass that now!" Then you shouldn't be on the road!!! Driving is not a right. It's a privilege. If you can't do it right, you shouldn't be allowed to do it at all. I also think every 5 years, every driver should spend some time on a skid pad.
Rain speeders make me nervous because they could easily kill me when I'm on my bike.

Nice reckless driving, unsafe lane change, following too close and unsafe speed
