Just to reply to guitarsk8r11, who asked why there is a guy in a girl's bathroom, the thing is that what is shown is a shared place where you can wash your hands, the actual WC are further away to the right, and are separated for men and women... only the washing hands area is shared... this is not uncommon in Germany...
