This will decrease your boot time slightly. Why not :)

  • Let's stop this shit once and for all. I've been using a Pentium 4 2 months ago, and I've been starting to research on how to make your PC boot up faster.

So recently i got an i5 2500 , 6gb ram. I still realized that my boot times were still slow. So, I decided to go get an ssd and see what it can do. The results were drastic.

When i started to boot, the windows 7 logo didnt even have time to form and the welcome screen only lasted for 1/4 of a second. Believe me, change to ssd.

  • @DotAllPros Yes but SSD's are pretty expensive though I do agree with you.

  • @ComputerWhack You don't need a big SSD for your OS. And you can store the rest to a regular hard drive.
