Week 17 provided fantasy managers with a rare opportunity to scout. Bloomberg Television's Michele Steele and Bloomberg Sports Rob Shaw discuss the players who shined brightest during the season finale and what to expect next season. Shaw tells us that Joe McKnight performed well against the Bills defense, and while the weak Bills rush defense deserves some blame, it was a nice audition for McKnight, considering he may soon take over LaDainian Tomlinson's role. With Terrell Owens sidelined due to injury, Jerome Simpson has really stepped up. His back-to-back 100-plus yards performances should make him a front runner for a starting spot for next season's team. In Denver, the Tim Tebow mania ends on a high note. Even though Tebow tossed two interceptions in defense, his potential shined through with two passing touchdowns and a rushing score. Finally, in Tennessee there are many questions, but the answer to the tight end position for next season has to be Jared Cook. He has outperformed Bo Scaife over the last few weeks of the season.
