  • An excellent video and a fantastic man I know and worked with him the Executive Director of the National empowerment Center and with Debbie Whittle the director since 2006

  • Excellent perspective from his own suffering and his own healing.

I know little of these drugs side effects but because of their documented strong negative effects and their insinuated economic benefits for the retailers, I personally feel they are the very last options.

A balance lifestyle with healthy eating, activities, learning about trust, naivety, honesty, setting goals and being creative toward achieving them in harmonious ways, learning to relax etc... are proper first aid.

  • Muuip That is profound and healthy good advice.

  • Execellent message to all who are seeking to begin the journey of wellness and recovery! I find these messages need to be heard by all; those who live with m/i, those who have a loved one with m/i and those who are working with folks who live with mental illness. Thank you Dr. Dan! Joan
