  • when i saw "Ai" and "Japan" while glancing through the title, i thought the japanese came up with a robot that could play table-tennis.

  • PING PONG TALKIN BLUES 2 IS NOW UPLOADED ON YOUTUBE.....THANKS.....DAN

  • @noreaction1 i do agree with u but i could not do it that long with that speed but im only 13

  • @jayjaymatt The main difference between a counter drive and a topspin or smash is that with

the counter you do not produce speed yourself, but merely play with the opponent's speed, which in my oppinion is an annoying passive paradigma.

All players you mentioned have very strong strokes and produce pressure on their opponents nearly all the time with their own spin and speed, thus their game is not bound to the opponent's playing style.

  • @NoSpeechForTheDumb Yeah but if you look at the top players ma long xu xin, ma lin, wang hao, and i suppose zhang jike, they all have massive forehands, they may not be close to the table counter hits but they beat most of their opponents because other players can't handle their pace, timo boll being the exception. i think there isnt much room for subtlety in todays game just whoever can hit the hardest wins, which is kinda boring.

  • @jayjaymatt No, I'm serious. I hate counter driving. It's an obsolete technique. It only survived for warm up and in women's table tennis because many of them are not capable of playing a solid powerful topspin, and obviously that's exactly why Fukuhara is so good at it.

  • @NoSpeechForTheDumb lol, are you being sarcastic?

  • fuck me
