    Yeah dude, being a huge fan of the blues music and great bands in general, eg Cream it was a real pleasure to hear that track played at the end of Mean Streets (also one of my favorite Bobby and Scorsese films).

  • Yeah Steppin' Out was amazing at the end of Mean Streets too - crazy ending!

  • By the time of the RAH farewell gigs they had pared Steppin' Out down to about 5 minutes. Gone was the long Clapton solo spot from earlier in 1968. Steppin' Out was the encore for both farewell gigs.

  • Indeed he did - Firebird for the earlier gig and the ES-335 for the final gig
