  • This just looks like doing every day stuff but in overdrive! So is KenpoX a real fighting style ?

  • Yeah it really structures muscle confusion. Kenpo X..nah not a real fighting style..just a lot of punches, kicks and combos..don't expect any martial skill but it does provide a varied workout.

  • what do you mean p90x is for women and old people? ive tried their workouts and believe me an old lady would break a fucking hip trying to do one of their stretches.

  • @imajineinfiniti Me too, but if you got Tony horton One on One, and checked out Killer Abs or the abs routine in volume is those are 10 times harder than the ab ripper x (also insane abs of insanity). :)

  • i just wanted to say im on week three the first week you will see some results only if you do the workouts. these workouts are INTENSE i was already quite fit as i did sports but these workouts are killers stay motivated do the exercises and you will get results!!

  • I couldn't do half the exercises in the video until month 2.

  • I'm starting over next week.

    My candy binge is over!
