I think it's safe to say that the number of people who are over weight due to legitimate health issues is significantly smaller than the number of people who are over weight due to a gluttonous life style. Regardless of what people say, Gervais is hilarious, and yeah he's an asshole but do you honestly think he doesn't realize that? He plays off of it. Let's be real, the only diffiernece is he has the guts to say what we're all thinking without bothering to be "politically correct."
