Just seen this for the first time, it's really funny. Gervais can be blunt yet very funny, he's really great. I think he says things other people daren't, and that's what makes him special. Good one Ricky!

He's right. Obesity is not a disease. I'm obese. And at one time I lost 30 or 40 pounds. By getting off my ass and exercising. I lost motivation at one point, but I was able to lose weight nonetheless. And look at Biggest Loser. All those people lost weight and were able to keep it off. Oh yea. And I love salad.
