Not only are olympic lifts meant to be used with low volume, they require high levels of skill. The form on this movement is horrible. There is no hip extension, he's using his low back to deadlift it up, then bending his arms to achieve the overhead position. There is no explosiveness to his movements. This is why Crossfit can be dangerous....people that lack training and skill try to perform advanced movement with dire consequences. Injury and severe rhabdomyolosis can occur.

@eburns757 Yea thats good for maybe cardio but when it comes to doing actual snatch's id like to see him do actual weight with at least some sorta form, not this garbage
