@arkbird007 filipinos in different regions know how to cook adobo or are fond of cooking adobo...this observations speaks for itself

Onions in adobo???? It's in some regional versions of adobo but that dish isn't "pretty much anything that's cooked in soy sauce, garlic, peppercorns and ONIONS!!!" Daggummit! It's bad enough that the guide served Bourdain adobo shrimp, he had to make it worse by botching the definition of adobo too! *facepalm*

I read the previous negative comments in the first part of this episode and I kept thinking , "cut the guide some slack" but now I agree with everyone! WTH is wrong with him?
