Local authority bureaucrat lays down laws he doesn't understand, in a bid to stop a perfectly lawful activity, videoing in the street. http://shepherdvideos.blogspot.com/2011/12/illegal-to-photograph.html

  • @YeOldeQuill Tell them to get out of your picture;)

  • Great video, its funny he operates under the presumption that authroity is needed via a Corporation, when Natural Rights dictate you can.

"I don't know the legislature's concerning the subject but"-he admits he has no idea, then tells you you have no idea and that you have no argument...Could go all day with that one!

    Peace:)

  • Jo, I'm, astonished! Didn't know what sort of limitations you have there. But let me tell you that it is widespread: In Florence, Italy, sometime ago a tourist was fined for placing his tripod on the pavement of a square (just for one picture!), within a fully pedestrian area! Furthermore, Privacy Acts, initially intended to protect individuals, are now getting so weird! Wouldn't be surprised if we'll soon be forbidden to even possess a camera/video unless used for self-portraits!!!
