Everybody seems to be missing the fact that Federal monies are funding Romneycare. That means all the rest of the taxpayers across the US are funding Mass. healthcare.

"I Did it because I could (probably) get away with it, being a state and not the fed gov't" means you recognize i'ts wrong regardless, but have no principal to not apply bad law. Not because its morally and economically wrong, but simply because there is not much of a legal avenue for the people to use to appose it.
