yes it's a rule. But americans are constanlty breaking their own rule (law) of treating everyone equal. A crime to humanity. Racism is americas biggest problem. Think again, america is only so powerful because of it's cultural richness. People like you are disgusting. Promoting racism is worse then cheating in sport competitions.
