Wow...I'm kind of amazed at how negative Alexis is. I watched a couple other videos with her in them and she seems to just complain the whole time.

@papatoony Ever since sugar was introduced to our diet, it has caused every health problem imaginable and, sadly, those who have pushed sugar have succeeded with the public. Thus, few people attribute sugar to any health problems, but the studies are there. You just have to search for them. Anxiety is linked to sugar consumption, MSG, high fructose corn syrup and wheat -- unrefined and refined -- not just the gluten. Don't take my word for it, I've done my own research and anyone may do theirs.

You couldn't remove yourself further from the food chain anymore than living in Manhattan, LA, et al. People who feel that they need to go to therapy just "because", in my opinion, are missing the point of community. Humans are hard-wired for community and when humans don't get a healthy dose of it, it causes mental issues. Too many people in the developed world are isolated. Hate to break it to therapy-goers, but this method isn't the answer. Psychotherapists are pleased to run with your money.
