This is an ongoing project. Finally reached a result that I think will yield results. Basically it's a scanner bed with the motors replaced with steppers(bottom X-Axis). Next I added a printer head assembly and replaced it's motors with stepper motors (Y- Axis) Lastly I designed the Z-Axis based on some book and also uses a mounted stepper motor with a coupling. So far I believe I will have to replace the Y-Axis since it seems a bit unstable but the Z-Axis will not change hence I will try it like these. Comments and such are appreciated. The reason this is tagged as many cnc is because I plant to add modules that will be interchangeable, such as adding a dremel in place of the extruded would yield light plastics and thin metal routing. (PCB Routing is possible with the accuracy) I also have a weak 2 watt laser which can be used to engrave wood. Woot!
