•Studying the drawing / site.
•Mobilizing the site as per contract requirements.
•Arranging the Resources-Machinery, Manpower, Material.
•Planning the activities & scheduling of targets for everyday
•Ensuring proper allocation of manpower, materials and machinery.
• Day to day monitoring of the site as per the schedule and priorities.
•Monitoring the utilization of resources and reduce cost wastage.
•Conducting progress reviews daily & weekly and taking necessary actions.
•Providing timely data to billing and planning engineers.
•Ensuring quality of work as per contract specifications and client satisfaction.
•Preparation of sub-contractors bills.
