  • This is a great video. It is so good to actually see what people are doing to get their results. An awesome learning tool. Your vidoes are fun too. I kept waiting for the shake to spill out of the glass everytime you moved it around. ha ha.

  • Heh...I didn't realize I was waving the glass around so much. Good thing it was so thick.

  • I've seen some of that research on muscle loss and age, and it's pretty scary. That old adage "use it or lose it" really does apply. The weights actually make me feel better though I have to be careful about my joints since I'm not as pliable as a youngster anymore. Thanks to your example...I'm looking at getting some kettlebells.
