The worst part of Yoav's performance is the total lack of judgment in volunteering when he clearly does not know archery. Well. That and the cost is that he set his entire team in jeopardy of sliding to desperation in this game. They needed that fire. I'd want him gone due to his inability to assess and prioritize what will help the group.
