Also notice that digital camera w/ auto exposure 'jumps' to different ISO / exposure as light changes over time. Very annoying, but alternative seems to be to 'lock' exposure which results in burnout or blackout. Tips / thoughts?

Hi, The exposure jump is hard to overcome but there are a few plugins for AfterEffects that average the light of each frame which works well 70% of the time.
