After four years with only one body style, the Lexus IS returned with a second body style, this time in convertible form. On 2 October 2008, Lexus debuted a hardtop convertible version of the Lexus IS, the IS 250 C (2010-), at the Paris Mondial de l'Automobile 2008 (Paris Auto Show). [26] A more powerful IS 350 C version was also reported, with engine specifications analogous to those on the sedan models.[26] The IS convertible features a three-piece hardtop that can retract in 21 seconds.[26] The IS 250 C and IS 350 C will be offered with a six-speed automatic, while the IS 250 C will also offer a manual transmission. The IS 250 C is scheduled to go on sale in Europe in 2009, with IS convertible sales for North America targeted for fall 2009 as a 2010 model.[26]

I own the first IS350 in America and my lease is now up, I am thinking of getting the IS350C, but the lexus dealer I got my car from is giving me a killer deal on the IS-F what should I do???

Wow that's awesome, definitely go with the IS-F the new IS will probably be the same as the one you have with a convertible top, the IS-F has a 5 liter V8 0=60 in 4,6 seconds, such an awesome car!

The IS-F is really nice, the dealer gave me a 30min test drive with the car, and I was impressed. Plus the sound the car makes is awsome. And the master mech was telling me they have a bypass for the second air intake that makes the car suck crazy air. Drop-top or power still hard to think about, but an IS-F for $849.93mo?

yeah I've never heard one in person but I can only imagine it was amazing! That's pretty sweet with the second intake, probably will increase performance a lot. I like both it is a hard decision, but Idk anything about prices I assume thats the good deal. The thing is you can only enjoy the convertible during spring and summer, the power you can enjoy all year long ;)

so my dad is giving me the choice of a car. (im 161/2 and im getting my first car) he gave me the choice between a mercedes c class or my own choice which would be this car shown in the video. which car should i go with? i think the lexus since its a convertible and it has more of a sports car look, suits a teen better. whereas the c class looks like a car for somebody in their 30's. please help?
