@emmans647 Thanks 4 ur observation & submission. Point of correction though, it's not lyrics that makes difference in music genre. What differentiate genres R styles & instruments. WERE is usually slow as u can hear from dis video. I dont know if u know dat Barry sang some of d songs in dis video in Fuji, same lyrics but different music styles, if u compare the two you will see the difference, d difference between WERE & FUJI. Itan Sunmola, Barry's vol 6 is the foundation and origin of Fuji.

Classic were. I remembered as a little boy being carried on my uncle's shoulder to watch were musicians during Ramadan at area Ali-Iwo in Ibadan.

what is the difrc beween this music's lyrics and itan sunmaila,sang by barister.Today's fuji musician are bunch of ingrates,they should thank all these baba instead of claming what is not theirs.@awalagba.if this is were then itan sumaila is also were and not fuji,which means barry still sing were uptill late 70s.
