it is when you build the block and add a h22 vtec head. also, the H23a is a vtec motor.

Bullshit, no way it does low 13's not a honda LOL. But yeah really, not low 13's. MAYBE, if you're lucky low low 14's.

it went 13.4 with a stock head.....
I also have a new setup now. Makes ~300whp (325hp on the engine dyno with a stockish header and tiny throttle. Now has a full race header designed and built by me and a LS1 Nick Williams 90mm Throttle)

i have an sr20 with 16 psi 300whp and i run 12.92 at 108mph and my car is lighter than your prelude so dont bull shit when you sais it ran low 13... at least be honest and said it run low 14 s
