I'm white and think MLK was one of the most well rounded and truly great people who ever lived. I think it's sad that what he stood for has been misinterpreted and twisted by many people. He stood for unity and equality. And I'm sorry if this pisses people off but things like the United Negro Fund, The Negro college, Black history Month, and BET are not unity and equality, it's segregation. Before you hate on me, how would you feel if there was a White History Month, or United White fund?

i have so much respect for martin luther king for his courage, he faced so much hate against him, the white community lashed out against him and constantly attacked him as much as possible in the worst ways,and he always told his followers never to hate white people but to love them as brothers.and in the end that is what won.
