@flashsonic45789 They've said in interviews that they don't like the song. People thought it was Nirvana's only song, because it was the most popular, when really they had a lot more awesome songs out there. They started to resent it after a while.

@adzyb69 who cares what kurt liked, watch what you like. People always preach against following the crowd and all that shit when in reality they're just like those following. Kurt, like most others was an originator because he never gave a fuck what anybody thought and did things the way he wanted to, i advise everyone else to do the same. instead of worrying about what other people like to watch, be it teen spirit, or justin beiber, just like what you like and fuck whoever else. amen.

I can not tell you how against this "Watch teen spirit on Kurt's birthday" Idea I am, it is seriously stupid as Nirvana grew to hate that song, people are only doing it so it becomes the most video on YouTube, its sad really. I bet this idea only started because Justin Bieber has the most views, its pathetic, there is no need to ruin a Kurt Cobaines legacy just to get a few more views on YouTube. Please watch a song Kurt actually liked instead perhaps? Views do not matter. RIP KURT.
