Klondike Heat - Cypher for Change

'Klondike Heat - Cypher for Change' is a project that will bring 36 b-boys and b-girls from across Canada to Whitehorse, Yukon. The ultimate goals of this project are to:

- inspire young Canadian b-boys and b-girls to create positive change in their communities through breaking

- bring the Canadian breaking scene together to grow and network

- expose northern dancers to urban b-boy culture

- Provide urban b-boys and b-girls with a Yukon Hiphop experience


This 4 day event will feature:

- Discussion forums
- Workshops
- 'Yukon' experiences...zipline!
- 2nd annual Klondike Heat B-boy Battle!!

It's a 45 minute drive from Whitehorse...and you can see all of the "massive mountains and a huge lake on the shore" in Whitehorse as well. Only thing missing is a train - and trains are only interesting to people from the Yukon. To anyone else trains are pretty common...so not that big of a disappointement.

My point being...if people are visiting Whitehorse, it is easy for them to visit Carcross as well.

dont wanna hate but.....your into has some misconduct by using video of carcross and say'n is the horse.......im all for scenery but if i was commin up here thinkin i was going to see some trains, massive mountains and a huge lake on the shore ide feel pretty ripped off .....jusy say'n
