Poor build quality. Got from Computer Geeks. Side "speakers" are just past on decorations, no use at all. Top firing speakers are too close to hear any separation. The FM part is the best of any I've tested. No line out or headphone jack. Good for parts only (matter of fact, it has already been parted out)

  • BL-5C is actually a pretty common Nokia battery, so there should be no problem finding a spare one.

  • @macintoshgermany Yes, and it is also the same as in one of the old Blackberry junkers I have floating around here somewhere.

  • I see so many of these things on eBay, I did actually buy one of these nearly 2 years ago, I hardly ever use it actually, but it's not too bad, of course the software in the unit could be better designed, but it works well for what it is, I kind of like it. Clearly you have a very high interest in these little MP3 speaker things, yeah, some of them aren't well designed at all, but some of them aren't too bad.

  • @Lachlant1984 I do like them- I like the SD card storage format. I have never liked CDs because of their habit of becoming useless when scratched. I am planning on making my own all in one SD radio with all the best features of each one I test.

  • @fortyfiveplayer put me down for a couple when they are aready for sale!

  • It looks like it was made using rejects and leftovers from the Goldyip factory!

Speaking of which, there's a Goldyip cassette player on eBay advertising "Two Speaker Sound"... in other words, NOT true stereo!

  • I love these series of videos on these cheap radios/mp3 players. I wouldn't even pay $5 for that piece of crap, but i'm glad you did so youtube users can get a cheap laugh at it!

  • looks like a pics of chins junk to me lol. just the look of it scream made in china. im so sick of seeing chine made junk. i dont thinck stuff is made in japan any more. i felt that japan made stuff was much bater than chine crap. dont get me rong i dont hate chin i hate this big plase that send lots of hobs over there and pay 2 cents a hour. but at lest the parts will be going to something that looks and sounds bater lol
