Drumstick Tips | Drum Lessons

I just now resently found my dream sticks.
I play metal, hard rock and some rock, but still i like my sticks light, thin and not too long. So I landed on the Vic Firth SD4 Combo sticks. Not too long, not too short, not too thick, not too thin, not to heavy, not too light. Just PERFECT! :D

good vid. one thing that wasn't discussed is wood vs nylon tips which is something pretty essential in drum stick selection.

I use SD1 Generals for my snare alone and I think 5B's for my set.

When I started playing I played with vater and vic firth. I like 5b's for marching and practice and 5a's for just about everything else.

I play with few sticks Vic Firth:Steve Gadd, Dave Weckl, american jazz aj1-6 And my first drum stick polish brand "Gładek" 135a very light and very short :)
