My Prius Blows! - toyota prius, my ac does not blow cold???

This toyota prius came in for a inop ac, it just had a blower motor installed at the toyota dealer. This is not the first time I have seen a dealer tech being lazy. The dealer may have many great tech's but it only takes one bad seed to spoil it for all the good one's. This is a prime example of why many clients are upset with dealer service. I am not without fault, I have over 25 years of repair background and every day holds the potential to make a mistake. Double checking your work and function testing the repair is the last step before sending the ticket up to service for delivery to the client. Thank you, Anthony
