This beautiful piece by Imogen Heap was arranged by Kerry Marsh. He has created a stunning choral arrangement of a popular pop piece. The Mound Westonka High School singers from Madd Jazz, a vocal jazz ensemble, thoroughly enjoyed this complex song and hope you enjoy it as well.

  • Umm. It was sung well.... but are they just coming from the prom??? I don't really get what they're wearing.

  • Haha, no. It's a tradition to have the girls wear colored dresses and have the men match them at our spring concert. I've never thought that it looked like we came from prom, but it totally does! I might have to mention that this year.

  • The melody needs to come out more! I am waiting for the first choir to have a strong melody.

  • Yeah. We worked a lot trying to get the melody to always be prevalent, but in the arrangement we used the melody constantly switches between the soprano and alto parts. We did the best we could to have each part be the loudest when they had the melody, but it didn't work out perfectly. This video was also recorded on a digital camera, so sound quality, balance, etc. isn't exactly top notch. Thanks for the comment!

  • @doctorpottergirl If you actually listen to the song, that's how it sounds. Quit trying to down them just because you think your choir is better than everyone else. I highly doubt you're any better than the rest.

  • They match like prom outfits, that's weird. And ewwwwwww those high notes, ahhhhh!!! My choir is singing this now, we are just starting and our sopranos and tenors can hit the high notes without screaming them. Omg, my ears almost bled when that high note came out.

  • Well done! The arrangement is beautiful. Would I be able to find it anywhere?

  • stunning <3
