  • should i train only with kettlebell or could i train multiple programs at the same time

for exampe strenght training with pavel with deadlift and muscle building with the kettlebell. the problem is that doing that i am training 6 times per week is still a lot less than i am used to do but i think that i should probably train only three times per week, example two times to build muscle and one to build strenght. does anyone have any ideia about this

  • Have you read the Four Hour Work Week? Most commonly people struggle with what Tim calls a "muse" (a low matience business which provides passive income) I'm running a series of a free webinars (with no pitching, promised!) to help people out in area people struggle with most..

  • Veronica Belmont......What a body...id love to fcuk her!

  • Right On!! Thanks to----> DOIOP(dot)COM/B39D92. I am now able to work less and make more yes, RESIDUAL INCOME!

  • i think personally this Tim guy cashes in other lazy people's greed :) that's pretty smart after all !

yeah, i agree with his common sense tips, like cut the crap 80-20 rule, prioritize etc.

    BUT

some one has to do the work in the field, to get the food on the table, if no Tim's fan want to work/own the field and outsource their job with out actually paying anything of real value in return...

better read Peter Schiff too apart from Tim !

  • There are a whole lot of viewers here that don't make 30000 dollars a year, so shut it with your capitalist bullshit; It does NOT work. Proof is is the news today.

  • Or, you can put them in place and monitor them. I've done that.

  • Well, if you aren't making any money, you don't need to outsource. If you are making money, then outsourcing tasks at which you are less productive to people who make less an hour than you do, quite obviously must produce a net gain for you.

And in the more non-conventional sense, if you were making $25/hr and hired someone more expensive (say, $30/hr) to do all your work one day a week, you'd decrease your income by $40, but increase your leisure time by 67% (three days off a week v. two).

  • the only problem with the four hour work week is that you have to outsource all of your work. this means that you need money to pay all of the outsource contractors...

  • marco gomes has a neeerd poweeer!!! rsrsrs

    XD
