NY & high crime is almost laughable. Sure in 80's & 90's, but 2000's, no! The high crime NY has today is the cops killing its citizens & mob activities. Other than that, the projects still have some crime. Not enough to call it high. If people can fear your city, then you can talk. Who fears NY? But Miami, yeah that's real. Detroit, New Orleans, Camden, Chicago, Baltimore, Philly, DC, Compton, Vegas, Gary, St. Louis...yeah...

NY is a change of scenery from major crime-filled cities...it's nice!

Also NYC is not dirty and it's crime rate has decreased. Maybe if you go back in time to the 1980's then it probably would be lol ;)

Well dude i happen to be in touch with allot of American people on here and on facebook. My experience ain't coming from television. I know allot of New Yorkers, maybe it's a different experience for you, i don't know, but from real life experience the people i have met and am still in touch with are not nut jobs.

The key word is you were on holiday, nice to vist but to live is a different story, maybe you watch to much TV and believe all those NY crime shows... Just like Miami, looks nice but it's a high crime dirty corrupt place full of nasty people...

If u say so dude. I've been to NYC city for a holiday and there are some very nice people there. Allot nicer than the people back were i come from (UK). Plus, the city is beautiful and has an amazing atmosphere. Trust me, people like Kevin James, Mathew Broderick, Neil Diamond, Richard Dreyfuss, Art Garfunkel, Al Pacino, Billy Joel are all very talented NY actors/singers. Are you saying any of those people are nut jobs? I wouldn't say so.
