Quincy Final Form

A Quincy, who have completed the training required to wear the Sanrei Glove, may remove it (or break it, as Ishida did) in desperate cases, entering a state known as the Quincy Final Form. By removing the artificial repulsion to spiritual energy that the Glove causes, the Quincy will experience an abrupt increase in power, along with a change in appearance. While in this form, the Quincy will absorb energy from their surroundings at such an alarming rate that they can actually deconstruct spiritual objects (which is made up of spiritual particles). In such a state, the Quincy is able to fight with extreme strength and speed, and can completely overwhelm an average Shinigami captain. However, the Final Form is a double-edged sword, as no human body is capable of handling the immense power the Form grants the user with. After a short period of use, the Quincy's body will forcibly seal itself off from all spiritual power in self-preservation, effectively robbing the Quincy of their abilities. The Quincy Final Form is therefore used only as a last resort.

Here, Ishida Uryuu enters the Quincy Final Form in a spectacular battle against Kurotsuchi Mayuri, captain of the 12th Division (Research division) in an attempt to avenge his sensei & grandfather.

This form is more bad ass plus it make for max devstation than his new form.which I think is more long distance and.mulipty targets
