Very interesting. Had a friend back in India who drank it for years, he said it cured his asthma and also kept him away from diabetis (his entire family was diabetic) Not in touch with him now for almost 10 years. Thanks for posting this video. He always said it was important to eat right, so do you have a vegetarian diet? can u eat any meat when you are actively drinking every day? What about taking vitamins? Seems one would have to be very holistic to ensure you don't recycle toxic chemicals?

@GOES54 Yes its amazing- I have eaten meat in my life before yes, and it is much better if you have a vegetarian, raw diet, or better even fruit diet when you use urine therapy. The biggest misconception about urine is that people think its dirty and unhygenic- its actually more sterile than antiseptic. It really is our own miracle cure!! I don't take vitamins or supplements, there are no toxic chemicals in urine!

about whether i should someday do a complete urine and water fast with himalayan salt added to water for a few days or so, after reading john armstrong's book the water of life - where he helped people fight off disease with a urine/water fast for soo many weeks. then eased them slowly back into a food diet. thanks, love n light
